SUBSTANCE: described is an isolated nucleic acid molecule for detection of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), which contains: 5′-agg pnn tgn atg pan tgg atg-3′ (SEQ ID NO: 10) or 5′-agg pnn tgn ntg ptn tgg atg-3′ (SEQ ID NO: 11) and a kit containing said molecule and an instruction, where p = universal nucleotide which is a 3-nitropyrrole, 2′-deoxynucleoside and 5-nitroindole or 6H,8H-3,4-dihydropyrimido[4,5-c][1,2]oxazin-7-one, and n = cytidine analogue having C-5 modification. Disclosed is a composition for detecting HIV, containing an effective amount of described molecules, as well as first forward primer, having a sequence presented in SEQ ID NO: 14, and first reverse primer, having a sequence presented in SEQ ID NO: 15, and additional reagents.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method of detecting HIV in a sample, including PCR using primer containing SEQ ID NO: 10, and primer containing SEQ ID NO: 11.
