FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to a composition containing cDNA from a tissue sample obtained from a donor human, in which the presence of antibodies specific to an antigen of interest was previously established, and a set of primers specific to a leader gene sequence of V-region of human immunoglobulin, as well as to a library containing at least 1x105 molecules of nucleic acids encoding immunoglobulin heavy chains containing somatic hypermutations in the first 8 amino acids of the variable region.
EFFECT: invention is effective for the detection of sequences of nucleic acids encoding immunoglobulin variable regions subjected to somatic hypermutation that contribute to binding with an antigen of interest.
