SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds of formula (I), where R1 represents SO2Ra, where Ra represents an optionally substituted aryl or heteroaryl, R2 is selected from H, alkyl, NHC(O)-CH=CH-C(O)NRcRd, and C(O)NRcRd, where Rc and Rd are independently selected from H and hydroxy groups, and each of groups R3, R4, R5 and R6 independently from each other selected from H, alkyl, CH=CH-C(O)NRcRd, NHC(O)-CH=CH-C(O)NRcRd and C(O)NRcRd, where Rc and Rd independently selected from H and hydroxy groups. Compounds exhibit inhibitory activity on histone deacetylase (HDAC), and pharmaceutical compositions containing said compounds.
EFFECT: compounds can be used for treating cancer.
