FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: can be used: to measure a complete set of piezoelectric modules on a single sample. Essence of invention is for a ring with a thickness polarization and electrodes at the ends, low-frequency and high-frequency thickness oscillations are first excited and five resonance frequencies and a first low-frequency antiresonance are measured, then the shear modules on the same ring are measured from the resonance and antiresonance of high-frequency thickness oscillations with new electrodes on the lateral cylindrical surfaces, and measurements are made on only one sample.

EFFECT: increase the accuracy of the determination of piezoelectric modules.
