FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of element from fibrous composite material. On bearing form there is flat shock of fibres provided to opposite side from bearing form, with at least one stiffness profile, located at distance from longitudinal plane. With help of waterproof film enveloping forming tool and shock of fibres, or at least one stiffness profile, hermetic space is made relative to bearing form, which is connected with at least one resin feed pipeline, and at least one vacuum pipeline. By creating low pressure in vacuum pipeline resin is sucked which impregnates shock of fibres or stiffness profile to make element from fibrous composite material. Air and resin between parts of forming tool are sucked through at least one stiffness profile and directed into one exhaust channel, which by means of exhaust hole in forming tool is connected via air or resin feed pipeline with at least one vacuum pipeline. Vacuum pipeline has membrane filter, which is air-permeable when dry, but does not let pass resin, and installed in order to change into essentially air-tight state when it is soaked with resin.
EFFECT: invention provides higher quality of manufactured parts.
