FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine parts, and can be used in tooth gears with cylindrical gears with indirect teeth. Gear wheel comprises hub body in form of disc rim wheel and toothed rim. On face side of gear wheel, to which is directed axial force acting on gear rim during engagement of rotating gear with paired wheel operating under load transmission, a pair of thrust rollers adjacent by their roll surfaces to said end of the rim wheel. Rollers are configured for free rotation on axes arranged radially and fixed relative to rotating tooth wheel. Rollers are spaced from each other in gear wheel rotation plane, symmetrically relative to line of centres of paired gearing wheels. Angle between axis of rotation of each roller and a line centres gearing wheels is not less than angle of engagement of said wheels.
EFFECT: higher strength of gear wheel due to reduced effect of axial force on gear wheel.
