FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gear transmissions with cylindrical wheels that have wide rims with indirect teeth. Gear wheel contains hub, body of the gear wheel is in the form of a disc, rim wheel and a gear rim. On the gear wheel at both ends there is a pair of carrying rings with outer diameter equal to inner diameter of wheel rim. Rings have a shape of right-angled triangles. Each carrying ring is fixed on inner surface of a rim wheel and of a body end of the gear wheel. To the third surface of each carrying ring in the area of the area of engagement gear wheel with paired wheel gearing there are joined by their roll surfaces support rollers, installed with possibility of their free rotation on axles, which rigidly fixed in relation to the rotating tooth wheel. Projections of axes on the ends of the body of the gear wheel are arranged radially in relation to gear wheel. Carrying rollers are arranged symmetrically in relation to line of centers of pair of gear wheels. Distance between extreme carrying rollers is greater than the width of the zone of engagement of pair of gear wheels.
EFFECT: increase of strength of gear wheel.
