FIELD: engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment of railway vehicles, primarily, freight cars. Brake comprises articulated with truck pair mirror identical holders. Each of holders is connected with brake shoe and with a nut at least one, preferably, two screw pairs with screw arranged in zone of screw pairs with right and left thread, equipped with levers and extension-type spring. Screw levers are pivotally connected system of links and levers with levers screws similar other bogie wheels brakes with braking cylinder and with manual brake.
EFFECT: simple design, easier manufacture and reduced weight of brake.
