FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport and relates to device of brake lever transmissions of three-axle bogie trucks of rail vehicles. Three-axis bogie truck brake lever gear consists of four identical independent mechanisms arranged on side frames of bogie frame, each of which comprises brake cylinder, head vertical lever, horizontal shaft arranged across bogie frame, rear vertical lever pivotally connected by means of longitudinal tie-rods and tightening with serially arranged vertical double-arm levers connected with transverse brake beams with rotary shoes and brake shoes fixed with suspensions to bogie frame.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of operation of brake lever transmission of three-axle bogie truck of rail vehicle, simplified design and increased efficiency as a result of application of four identical independent mechanisms for transfer of forces from brake cylinders to brake shoes with two-sided pressing on each wheel, located in bogie frame construction, providing uniform pressing and wear of brake shoes, automatic control and maintenance of standard clearances between brake shoes and wheels.
