FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in tooth gears. Lubricating device contains oil bath, in which is immersed an underlying transmission gear wheel. Above upper lubricant level is steam scrapers secured fixed relative to rotating wheel, with fitting to its ends over its entire length. Lower ends of scrapers are located on vertical plane of symmetry of wheel, and scrapers in their projection on end surfaces of rims have shape of arcs bent towards rim wheel. Top ends of scrapers are brought to beginning of engagement zone of teeth of conjugated paired wheels. Scrapers in their cross section have L-like appearance, wherein like flange of scrapers are adjacent at right angle to ends of wheel, and other flanges of said scrapers are parallel to said end faces with minimum clearance relative to end faces and are directed towards toothed rim. Top ends of scrapers in beginning of engagement zone are made widening flanges with overlapping of said zone along vertical line. At end of upper parts of scrapers gaps between flanges of scrapers and ends of rims of both wheels are covered with flat scrapers, adjacent to ends of rims and rigidly fixed on flanges of scrapers fixed relative to revolving wheels.
EFFECT: higher quality of gear lubrication.
