FIELD: metal processing.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to sintered corrosion-resistant materials based on iron for friction assemblies operating in aggressive media. Material according to version 1 comprises 3÷15 wt% chromium, 1÷10 wt% nickel, up to 1.8 wt% molybdenum, up to 2.0 wt% carbon, 14÷25 wt% copper, 0.1÷1.0 wt% sulphur 0.3÷3.0 wt% manganese and balance is iron. Copper is introduced by infiltration. Material according to version 2 contains chromium, nickel, molybdenum, carbon, copper, manganese sulphide and iron. Material according to version 3 contains chromium, nickel, molybdenum, carbon, copper, manganese sulphide, calcium fluoride and iron. Material according to version 4 contains chromium, nickel, molybdenum, carbon, copper, calcium fluoride and iron.
EFFECT: higher tribotechnical properties in conditions of water lubricant, which provides short-term operation in dry friction conditions.
