Set comprises arranged on one of clothes sleeves display with screen connected via wireless interface with receiving unit, which serves for receiving, processing and formation of navigation information signals of GLONASS. According to invention set is additionally equipped with video camera fixed on radio headset or life vest and tablet computer or smart phone connected with radio headset and with video camera by wireless communication protocol Blue Tooth, as well as by NMEA-2000 signal converter in Wi-Fi, and by wireless communication protocol Wi-Fi is with onboard radar station and automatic identification system.

EFFECT: higher safety of navigation due to timely and qualitative assessment of navigation and hydrometeorological environment.
