FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production method for preserved concentrates of first course dinner dishes. Method comprises preparation of recipe ingredients. Cutting, mincing and frying beef in melted butter, cutting and browning in melted butter of carrots, bulb onions, garlic and radish, potatoes cutting and blanching, fresh ornamental cabbages chopping and freezing, greens cutting. Listed components are mixed with chicken eggs, tomato paste, part of salt and black hot pepper. Wheat flour, drinking water and the remaining salt are mixed to produce dough. It is rolled, cut and blanched to get noodles. Noodles are packed, obtained mixture and bone broth are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: method allows to get new canned food using nonconventional vegetable raw materials.
