SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes wheat flour, drinking water, and table salt to produce dough; dough rolling, cutting and blanching to produce noodles; meat cutting and roasting in melt fat; onion, tomato and garlic cutting and roasting in melt fat; potato and reddish cutting and blanching; beet and carrot blanching and cutting; fresh white cabbage shredding and freezing; paprika cutting and freezing. Meat and abovementioned vegetables are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with table salt and black pepper. Obtained mixture is pre-packed with bone broth and noodles, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
