FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the technology for manufacturing meat-vegetable canned food due to preparing all recipe components, mixing wheat flour, drinking water, hen eggs, common salt and sodium bicarbonate to obtain the dough followed by its proofing, rolling, cutting and blanching to obtain the noodles followed by cutting and frying meat in grease, cutting and frying onions, garlic, tomatoes and sweet pepper in grease, cutting and blanching radish and potatoes, blanching and cutting carrots, chopping and freezing fresh white head cabbage. Then the above-mentioned vegetables should be mixed at oxygen-free technique with meat, common salt and hot black pepper. Then the mixture obtained should be packed with bone broth and noodles into aluminum tubes to be sealed and sterilized. The innovation in question enables to manufacture new canned food for cosmic nutrition being of increased digestibility against analogous culinary dishes.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
