SUBSTANCE: device for control of electric circuit reactive power includes controlled reactor, power winding of which is connected to high-voltage circuit, current and voltage measurement devices in point of connection to network, power reactor inductance control unit, capacitor bank, containing at least two sections of capacitors, and power reactor inductance control unit electronic control system and switch for capacitor bank sections. At that, reactor power winding comprises at least one outlet connected to capacitor bank sections via at least one switch. In device by second version, controlled reactor is equipped with additional winding having at least one branch, which neutral end is grounded, linear end is insulated, and branch through at least one switch is connected to capacitor bank sections.

EFFECT: higher reliability and smoothness of control.
