FIELD: electronic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, to devices with transverse magnetic biasing, for example, controlled reactors. Controlled electric reactor comprises magnetic conductor rod made in form of coaxially located rings from electrotechnical steel, separated by non-magnet gaps, main power winding and control winding connected with controlled source of DC voltage, which axis of turns is located in plane perpendicular to axis of main power winding. One magnetic conductor rod ring is made of insulated electrotechnical steel strips wound along circumference of magnetic conductor rod ring in rolling direction. Connected to controlled source of DC voltage control winding is made in form of at least one section, which turns are wound on magnetic conductor rod ring so that its turns are arranged in nonmagnetic gaps between magnetic conductor rods rings. Axis of every turn of control winding is directed tangentially to circle, passing along centre of magnetic conductor rod ring, on which it is wound.
EFFECT: wider range of adjustment and reduction of electromagnetic losses due to optimisation of saturation magnetic flux.
