FIELD: electronic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, to production of elements of magnetic system used for localisation and direction of main magnetic flux and dissipation magnetic flux. Method involves making at least one billet by winding of electric steel strip in rolling direction on mandrel of specified shape and simultaneous additional insulation of coils of strip between each other, cutting of coiled blank by radial size, cleaning and etching of cut ends and further thermal treatment. Additional insulation of coils of strip is performed by applying during winding of insulating gluing compound on surface of strip. Then, blank tightening is carried out by radial size using tape based on glass-fibre material. Thermal treatment is carried out at temperature of not higher than 300 °C. From cooled after heat treatment workpiece along radial size section is cut with length of not less than 20 mm. Then inside cut-out section is tightly fixed insert, which is made of at least one packet of insulated electric steel strips connected along rolling direction, coated with insulating gluing compound additionally insulated at ends by gaskets from dielectric material. Laminated part inserts packets surface is set opposite to laminated surface of twisted split billets.
EFFECT: higher reliability both due to increased electrical and mechanical strength, reduced electromagnetic losses, improvement of their magnetic characteristics, high manufacture ability and reduced cost.
