FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to granulation of medicinal substances by absorbing substances in porous carrier. Granulation of medicinal substances is performed by mixing of active ingredient in liquid state with porous carrier. Forming substance - micronized synthetic amorphous mesoporous Silicon oxide with diameters of cavities 3-50 nm is preliminary placed into reactor with mixer, it is evacuated at 150-200 mBar and temperature of 25-30°C; after that, while maintaining vacuum, solution or melt of active drug substance with at least one additive, taken in ratio 3:(1-100) wt parts is added into reactor. At that, active and auxiliary substance is mixed in liquid form for 5-10 minutes at low pressure of 150-200 mBar at rate of 100-200 rpm at reactor walls temperature of 35-40 °C. Obtained granules are dried. Drying is performed in vacuum of 150-200 mBar at 50-60 °C, or in suspended layer, or on trays.

EFFECT: faster pelletising due to evacuation of porous carrier, as well as associated with such acceleration of high level of content of active ingredient.
