FIELD: medicine; pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine and pharmacy and concerns a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention and/or treatment of HIV infection containing an active pharmaceutical substance (APS) selected from darunavir ethanolate (DRV-E), darunavir amorphous (DRV-A), efavirenz (EFV), ritonavir polymorphic form 1 (RTV-P1) and ritonavir polymorphic form 2 (RTV-P2) containing a mesoporous sorbent (MS), selected from mesoporous silicon dioxide and mesoporous magnesium aluminometasilicate, a pharmaceutically acceptable polymer and excipients with a mass ratio of AFS:MS from 1:1 to 1:3.
EFFECT: increase in the solubility of APS, which increases its bioavailability and reduces the drug load on the patient’s body.
