FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: nickel-base refractory alloy for casting nozzle vanes of gas turbine plants contains, wt %: carbon 0.02-0.10; chromium 18.3-19.5; cobalt 3.7-4.7; tungsten 5.8-6.4; titanium: 3.7-4.3; tantalum 1.3-1.7; aluminium 2.8-3.3; boron 0.002-0.020; niobium 0.15-0.4; zirconium ≤ 0.03; yttrium ≤ 0.03; molybdenum 0.15-0.35; hafnium 0.10-0.20; manganese ≤ 0.03; silicon ≤ 0.3; iron ≤ 0.5; copper ≤ 0.05; sulfur ≤ 0.005; phosphorus ≤ 0.008; nitrogen ≤ 15 ppm; oxygen ≤ 20 ppm and nickel are the rest, at that the total content of aluminium and titanium is 6.5-7.6 wt %, and the ratio of titanium content to the alumiinum content is ≥ 1.3.

EFFECT: alloy is characterized by prolonged long strength at working temperatures of 700-1000°C in combination with high fatigue resistance, oxidation and corrosion effects, as well as increased structural stability of life and improved technological characteristics.
