FIELD: biochemistry.

SUBSTANCE: there are disclosed in vitro methods of producing high-affinity antibodies and antibodies with low affinity. Methods include selection of B-cell, capable of producing antibody specific to antigen of interest, or selection of B-cell able to be differentiated in said B-cell; providing B-cell with nucleic acid coding BCL6; providing B-cell with anti-apoptotic nucleic acid; cultivation of B-cell to obtain first population of B-cells; implementation of antigen colouring and BCR colouring of B-cells from the first population; selection of B-cell which has high or low antigenic affinity; provision of B-cell generation to obtain second population of B-cells; measurement of speed of antigen association and speed of antibodies disassociation by B-cell from said second population; and selection of antibody with higher or lower affinity for desired antigen than average affinity of the first population of B-cells for desired antigen.

EFFECT: invention is improved method of screening to select antibodies with high or low activity.
