SUBSTANCE: co-culturing of a pool of rabbit B cells with BHK or CHO cells expressing CD40L, which are used as a feeder in the presence of IL-2 at a concentration of about 50 U/ml and IL-21 at a concentration of approx. 10 ng/ml to approx. 100 ng/ml.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain high concentrations of IgG in a short time.
