FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to obstetrics and gynaecology, and can be used for prediction of recurrent threatening miscarriage. That is ensured by peripheral venous blood immunoassay in 7-12 weeks of gestation in women with threat of miscarriage. After treating of threatened miscarriage relative CD45RA-CD62L- is determined in population of CD8+ lymphocytes. If its value is more than 23.9 %, then occurrence of threatened miscarriage in second trimester of pregnancy is predicted in females with recurrent pregnancy loss in past medical history.
EFFECT: using given method enables predicting recurrent threatening miscarriage in second trimester of gestation, which enables to select correct therapeutic approach to pregnant woman, enables reducing rate of this complication.
