FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to obstetrics and gynaecology, and enables to predict threatening late miscarriage in pregnant women. For this purpose, at 5-12 weeks of gestation is determined relative number of CD178+ monocytes of gestation in peripheral venous blood. If its value is equal to 37.7 % or less in monocyte gate, threatening late miscarriage in women with miscarriage of threat early stages and recurrent pregnancy loss in past medical history is predicted.
EFFECT: use of present method enables to select correct therapeutic approach to pregnancy, perform complex therapeutic actions and reduces risk of complications and adverse pregnancy outcome in group of females with a high risk of habitual miscarriage.
