A method for predicting pregnancy termination in the form of spontaneous miscarriage or non-developing pregnancy at up to 22 weeks of gestation in women with a threatening early miscarriage and a history of habitual miscarriage is proposed. In the period of 5-12 weeks of gestation before the start of maintenance therapy, the relative content of IL-10+ cells in the monocyte gate is determined in the peripheral venous blood. If its value is equal to 27.0% or less, pregnancy termination is predicted in the form of spontaneous miscarriage or non-developing pregnancy in the gestation period up to 22 weeks.

EFFECT: invention provides an expansion of the arsenal of prognostic tools, increasing the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of predicting the termination of pregnancy in the form of spontaneous miscarriage or non-developing pregnancy.
