METHOD FOR PREDICTING REPRODUCTIVE LOSSES BEFORE 22 WEEKS OF PREGNANCY IN WOMENT WITH THREATENED MISCARRIAGE AND RECURRENT MISCARRIAGE IN HISTORY Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC G01N33/53

Abstract RU 2746033 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology, and discloses a method for predicting reproductive losses in women with threatening early miscarriage and recurrent miscarriage in history. The method includes examining the peripheral venous blood of pregnant women with threatened miscarriage and a history of recurrent miscarriage within 5-12 weeks of gestation before preserving preservation therapy, determining the relative content of IL-10 + cells among CD20 + B-lymphocytes, and when its value is equal to 4.5% or less predicts reproductive loss at gestational age up to 22 weeks with an accuracy of 87.9%.

EFFECT: method has high accuracy, sensitivity and specificity and can be used as a screening method for identifying the risk group of perinatal losses up to 22 weeks of gestation for the timely implementation of therapeutic and prophylactic measures in order to maintain pregnancy.
