FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of manufacturing canned second course dinner dishes. Method comprises preparation of recipe ingredients. Blanching and cutting of scallop meat, fresh ornamental cabbages chopping and freezing, spring onion cutting. One mixes listed components with acetic acid, sugar, salt, calcium or magnesium glutamate, mustard and black hot pepper. Produced mixture and vegetable oil are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: method enables to produce new canned food using nonconventional vegetable raw materials.
