SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes sea scallop muscle blanching and cutting; fresh white cabbage shredding and freezing; green onion cutting. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with acetic acid, sugar, table salt, calcium or magnesium glutamate, mustard, and black pepper. Obtained mixture is pre-packed, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
