FIELD: weapon systems.
SUBSTANCE: system for automatic control of projectile speed by an electromagnetic accelerator contains a gun barrel, on which an electric drive unit and an electromagnetic accelerator are installed, a block for automatic calculation of ballistic parameters, made in the form of an automatic ballistic station, sensors for humidity, ambient temperature, position and angle of inclination of the gun mounted on the gun barrel and connected with the calculation unit installed on the mobile platform via communication channels. The electromagnetic accelerator includes at least two solenoid blocks made in the form of modules connected to a power source.
EFFECT: possibility of realizing a simultaneous hit on a target by several successively launched projectiles moving along individual trajectories.
