FIELD: metal structures condition monitoring.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for monitoring the technical condition of metal structures and pipelines. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the device for monitoring the technical condition of metal structures and pipelines contains an electronic unit, a sensor for ultrasonic diagnostics of the test object, while the body of the device is made in the form of a parallelepiped with corners cut off at the rear, on the upper, lower and side walls of the body there are holes in the form of rectangles, the upper part of the housing is made in the form of a cover, which is attached to the housing with the possibility of removal, on the back of the housing there are rectangular holes, in which the battery cover is installed and below the cover of the electronic unit, in the center of the front part of the housing there is a hole in the form a circle in which the LIDAR lens with a built-in video camera is installed, and on the sides of it there are holes of smaller diameter, in which LEDs are installed, in the center of the lower part there is an active electromagnetic-acoustic transducer, and in the corners there are movable mounts that are rigidly connected driven, and consist of the main mount, to which the wheel plug and the cover for the servo are attached, support wheels with neodymium magnets that are connected to the servos that are installed inside the housing, the electronic unit includes a signal processing and synthesis unit, the output of which is connected with the inputs of the storage device and the wireless communication node, the output of which is connected to the input of the navigation node, and the input of the signal processing and synthesis node of the electronic unit is connected to the outputs of LIDAR with a built-in video camera, active electromagnetic-acoustic transducer, servo drive outputs, active electromagnetic-acoustic transducer, LIDAR with a built-in video camera, LEDs and electronic unit are connected to the battery inputs.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of creating a small-sized device for technical monitoring of metal structures and pipelines, capable of overcoming various obstacles.
