FIELD: robotics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to robotics and can be used as a mobile robotic platform as part of automated systems intended for cleaning and technological preparation of surfaces of large-sized items with subsequent application of various coatings. Proposed device comprises casing, drive wheels, annular elastic baffle secured by one side to casing sidewall while opposite side is in contact with working surface. Elastic partition and working surface form a space of reduced pressure relative to ambient pressure, the value of which is sufficient to hold the device on the working surface by pressing force, created by the difference between the ambient pressure and the pressure of the medium in the low-pressure space. Device comprises a delivery branch pipe passing through the side wall of the housing into the reduced pressure space, a nozzle installed at the end of the delivery branch pipe in the reduced pressure space, and a delivery hose with one end connected to the delivery branch pipe, and by the other end, to the compressor station for supplying through it to the working surface of the abrasive material or water jet under pressure, providing for the separation of cleaning products, deposits, coatings from the working surface.

EFFECT: cleaning of working surface and removal of cleaning products in space of low pressure without penetration of cleaning products into environment with increased manoeuvrability of device.
