FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to gynaecology, and can be used for treatment of cervical neoplasia II-III level associated with papillomavirus infection. To do this at 1st stage of treatment in case of an anaerobic dysbiosis introduced neo-penotran 1 suppository 1 time a day, 7 days or neo-penotran fort L 1 suppository 1 time per day for 7 days. Upon detecting Atopobium vaginae bacteria is introduced mcmiror-complex at 1 suppository 2 times a day for 7 days. When aerobic dysbiosis tergynan is administered in dose of 1 vaginal tablet 1 time per day for 7 days. At 2nd stage method comprises correcting local immunity by exposing cervix to cavitating low-frequency ultrasound solution hexapeptide imunofan 5.0, diluted in 50 ml normal saline, 1 time a day for 5 days. At 3rd stage pH of medium is restored by administering femilex 2 times a day for 6 days. At 4th stage destruction is caried out: for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia II degree - electroexcision, with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia III - electroconisation.

EFFECT: method provides for prevention of cervical cancer, reduced recurrence and complications in treatment of precancerous cervical disease high as a result of pathogenetically justified complex treatment.
