FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents method of predicting progression of light cervical neoplasia in women of young and first period of mature age, which includes sampling of material to be analysed by scraping from cervix and its cytological analysis. In accordance with invention in case of detecting intraepithelial neoplasia of mild degree, constitutionally-anthropometric examination, in which somatotype is determined by dimensional variation level is additionally carried out, if microsomal or micromesosomal somatotype is identified, deeper immunocytochemical analysis of earlier sampled scrapings from cervix mucosa is realised to determine marker p16ink4α and in case of marker expression, severe neoplasia of cervix is predicted.
EFFECT: invention provides creation of practice-oriented method of predicting unfavourable course of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia due to integral evaluation of presence of human papilloma virus of highly-oncogenic type and oncodetector protein in case of cervical intraepithelial dysplasia, patient's personalised clinical and anthropometric status.
