SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology, and can be used to treat HPV-associated cervical grade I neoplasias. To do this, the cervix is applied to the cervix with a cavitation solution of panavir, administered intravaginally at a dose of 5.0 ml, diluted in 50 ml of saline. Effect is carried out once a day for 5 days. Control of healing is carried out at the end of therapy, then after 30 days. HPV test after 60 days.
EFFECT: method provides a complex, rapid and reliable effect aimed at eliminating the human papillomavirus, and as a result, acceleration of reparative processes on the cervix, prevention of recurrence of the process of intraepithelial neoplasia.
