FIELD: medicine and gynecology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to gynecology, and is intended to predict the risk of progression of recurrent cervical intraepithelial neoplasias of low oncogenic risk associated with papillomavirus infection. In cervical biopsies, the colony-stimulating factor of macrophages M-CSF, plasma cells CD138 in the stroma, T-lymphocytes CD3 and natural killer cells CD56 in the cervical epithelium are assessed. Prognostic index PI is calculated according to the formula PI = 0.095 × Х1 + 0.053 × Х2 + 0.782 × Х3 – 0.387 × Х4 – 5.789. If PI is more than 0, it is concluded that there is a high risk of progression of recurrent cervical intraepithelial neoplasia of a low degree of oncogenic risk to a high one. If PI is less than 0, low risk is predicted.
EFFECT: invention allows predicting the progression of the pathological process in women with recurrent cervical intraepithelial neoplasias of a low degree of oncogenic risk and the risk of transition to a high degree of oncogenic risk.
