SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to predict development of HPV-associated cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN). Local parameters of IL-1β and IL-10 cytokines are determined in patients, a molecular genetic prediction index, a phenotypic prediction index, a microbiological index and an immunological prediction index are evaluated. Cytological swab examination is performed from ecto- and endocervix. CIN1 verification is carried out on the basis of pathomorphological study of cervicobiopsy material on the background of extended colposcopy. Prediction coefficient is set for each accountable parameter with a further calculation of the prediction coefficient amount according to the formula. If the prediction coefficient amount exceeds the threshold equal to 10.5, a decision on poor prognosis of the disease development is made. If the prediction coefficient amount is less than 10.5, a decision on favourable prognosis is made.

EFFECT: invention provides prediction of CIN development with high sensitivity and specificity.
