FIELD: equipment for testing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing devices. Disclosed testing device comprises optical to the world of solid base material, in which fluorescent material is introduced and which has a given phonon energy HOSTPE. Fluorescent material is characterized by a certain basic energy level and a target radiative (TR) energy level separated from the main energy level by the first energy gap corresponding to the spectral range of fluorescence of interest. Fluorescent material also has an energy level, which is the next underlying level relative to the TR energy level, separated from it by the second energy gap FMEG2, wherein ratio FMEG2/HOSTPE is three or more.
EFFECT: technical result is higher accuracy of calibration, adjustment and validation of optical detector system.
