FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and medicine, food hygiene. Disclosed is a method of development of formulation product compensating for individual deficiency of vitamins and mineral substances in the body, designed to determine and maintenance of required individual dosages of vitamins and mineral substances (nutrients) in product, providing for reduction and maintenance of saturation of human body within normal physiological needs in shortage in blood serum of preservation of metabolic balance. Invention allows based on determination of a curve of value of consumed doses of separate nutrients in mg/kg MT and corresponding values of change of concentration of nutrients in blood serum in mcg/ml - “dose-change”. For nutrients, blood serum concentration is less than values of normal physiological needs, based on graph of dependence of dose-change and taking into account physiological standard daily consumption of nutrients, as well as body weight, sex and age individuals being tested are optimum dose of nutrients required for restoring and maintaining vitamin-mineral body saturation within reference values of physiological standard. Based on optimal dose, as well as considering content of nutrients in initial mono-products, weekly formulation of product is determined.
EFFECT: invention enables to compensate for individual deficiency of vitamins and mineral substances in body.
