FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to burned anode of aluminium electrolytic cell current conductor. Current conductor contains current-carrying bar, crossbar, holding current feed nipples, providing for distribution of electric current between them, wherein current-carrying nipples are made in form of horizontal metal plates arranged in slots in upper part of carbon block, wherein length of nipple is 0.6÷0.8 of carbon block width, width of the nipple is 0.1÷0.15 of carbon block length, and total height of nipple is 0.25÷0.3 of carbon block height, and height of section of nipple not submerged in coal unit makes 0.5÷0.7 of nipple height.

EFFECT: reduced electrical resistance of contact of nipple-anode due to increased area of electric contact between anode rod assembly and anode body.
