FIELD: device for fuel combustion.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a burner for gas boiler with high stability of flame along perimeter. Burner (1) of gas boiler comprises diffuser (2), designed to diffuse diffusing premixed fuel gases in combustion chamber (3) and having a wall with inner surface communicated with fuel mixture feed pipe, and external surface from which gas is output and on which combustion occurs so that gas flow in direction (7′) has a normal component to outer surface. Diffuser (2) comprises central section (10) and two peripheral sections (5), connected to each other by means of said central section (10). Central section (10) has constant cross section perpendicular to longitudinal axis of diffuser, surrounded by circular arc of constant radius r. Each of said longitudinal peripheral areas (5) has shape of section of sphere with radius r equal to radius r of said central section cross section (10). Normal component of gas flow is minimal along all edges along perimeter of diffuser (2).

EFFECT: invention enables to solve problem of separation and flame instability.
