FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: gear wheel comprises a body, a pair of circular linings fixed on body ends, and a gear ring with hollow teeth, each of which is made of a pair of rectangular plates bent along the profile of the tooth side surfaces calculated for said wheel and fixed between circular linings and on the wheel body. A non-working section of this surface is cut in the advancing side surface of each tooth and a pair of notches is made in the area of the working sections of this surface, the width of this pair of cuts is equal to half the width of the tooth, and said notches are arranged symmetrically with respect to the circular linings. On inner side of a lagging plate and inner ends of the circular linings, without gaps relative thereto, and below circumference of gear ring vertices, a partition is fixed with width equal to the gear ring width. The partition is equidistant from inner surface of the advancing plate with a gap relative thereto and a gap relative to the wheel body.
EFFECT: improved quality of gear wheel lubrication, and reduced manufacturing costs.
