FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a medical technique, in particular to a system for direct administration and implantation of a device for monitoring physiological conditions, for example in the body, including, for example, pressure within portal and hepatic veins. In the method, the direct insertion system of the implantable device comprises a cannula, a pusher, a controlled placement mechanism, an implantable device and a force meter having a limit of reverse force. Said pusher, controlled placement mechanism and implantable device are located inside the cannula. Said implantable device is detachably attached to a controlled placement mechanism, and the controlled placement mechanism is located at the distal end of the pusher and is configured to control the release of the implantable device, when the force meter reaches the limit of the reverse force after retraction of the pusher.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables direct, safe and reliable implantation of the device into the body.
