FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used in oncology and proctology in laparoscopic rectal resection. A device for rectal retraction during its resection by a laparoscopic approach includes a trocar tube, the working corkscrew end of which is ovalized, and a handle on the opposite end. On the outer side of the trocar tube there is a tube of the trocar with a tube insertion limiter. Inside the trocar tube there is a slider rod extending from the outlet hole, on the working end of which a plate with length of 5.0 cm and width of 0.5 cm is located at angle of 90° due to support platform after exit of rod-slider for gripping and fixation of rectum during its mobilization. On the handle there is a stopper-fixture of the length of the slider rod and a nut-fixture, with an internal thread, of the position of the slider-rod.

EFFECT: device enables improving visualization of the operated area, reducing the risk of mesorectal fascia integrity and improving the quality of the operated area, providing the reduced risk of colorectal anastomosis leakage, reducing the length of the surgical intervention, reducing the length of postoperative rehabilitation.
