FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. Implantable device for preventive or therapeutic therapy of femoral fractures, in particular of the hip joint, which contains a femoral bone with its long bone, forming a longitudinal axis XX′, whirlbone and femoral neck, the longitudinal axis of which intersects with the longitudinal axis XX′ at an angle α. Device comprises first implant so that its axis YY′ passes, in fact, along said lengthwise axis of the neck, the second implant so that its axis ZZ′ crosses axis of the above first implant in a cross point of S and crosses the longitudinal axis XX′ femur. Proximal ends of each of the implant protrude relative to the cortical layer of the long femoral bone. Device has a fixed connection at S point. Auxiliary means for installation of the above device contains a tool in the form of sextant to allow positioning of different access and implants, holder, orienting element and detachable means of rotation arranged between holder and aligning element. Tool in the form of sextant to allow positioning of different access and implants has a housing with the first line of sight of the corresponding first guide tube arranged along the axis′ of the first implant mounted YY and the second line of sight of the corresponding to the second guide tube arranged along the axis ZZ′ of the second installed implant. Holder is made in form of a tube equipped with means of detachable attachment of the implant to allow forward motion and rotation. Orienting element is made in the form of a stock coaxially installed inside the said holder with possibility of free rotation and translation of the above orienting element in the holder. Orienting element is equipped with handle for manipulations.
EFFECT: inventions provide an improvement of the mechanical strength of the hip joint to prevent fracture or other damage of the femoral head, the femoral neck or trochanteric region.
