FIELD: oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and can be used for measurement of flow rate of wells. Device comprises separation vessel, inlet fluid line and output liquid line, on which there are, connected to computing unit, volume displacement meter and shutoff fluid valve interconnected with collecting manifold, gas line with gas phase pressure and temperature sensors, also connected to computing unit. Sump is installed on the outlet fluid line as a container equipped with annular vessel in lower part, where there is a separator mounted in upper part of the sump, while the separator and annular vessel together form siphon with possibility for separation of liquids of different densities. Sump is equipped with density gage, pressure and temperature sensors of liquid phase, connected to computing unit. Separation vessel contains a gate, after which the gas line has compensating reservoir, and connected to computing unit volumetric gas meter and stop gas valve communicated with collecting manifold. Communications of fluid and gas shut-off valves with volumetric liquid and gas meters are mounted in contact with position indicators of liquid and gas shut-off valves connected to computing unit, in order to lock liquid and gas volume meters readings in closed positions of liquid and gas gate valves.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is increased measurement accuracy of oil and gas flow rates.
