FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for measurement and accounting for product of oil wells. Device for measuring flow rate of oil wells comprises a gas separator with hydraulic cyclone, a gas line with pressure sensors, temperature and gas flow meter connected to a microprocessor, fluid line and common manifold connected with gas and fluid line. Sludge line, which is connected to a separation tank and common collector, is fitted with a differential pressure control device for sludge, connected with microprocessor and hydraulic station through a pilot solenoid valve. Liquid line is communicated with separation tank and common collector through a liquid flow meter, connected to a microprocessor, and differential pressure control device for liquid is separately connected with microprocessor and hydraulic station through pilot solenoid valve. Gas line is connected to gas separator and common collector through gas flow meter, pressure and temperature sensors, and differential pressure control device for gas is connected with microprocessor and hydraulic station through pilot solenoid valve. Gas separator through a differential pressure senso is connected with microprocessor and common collector, and differential pressure control device for sludge, liquid and gas are provided with hydraulic drive and with possibility of manual control of lever connected with hydraulic drive.
EFFECT: invention will allow to perform controlled removal of sludge, measurement of gas and fluid flow rate with high quality and efficiency, improving reliability and service life of device due to hydraulic devices for regulation of pressure difference on gas, liquid and sludge lines.
