FIELD: disintegrators and devices for crushing.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for grinding of polymer materials in oil refining, chemical, petrochemical, construction and other industries. Polymers grinder includes housing (1) with unloading hatch (2) in lower part. Guide box of rectangular section is located at angle over housing. Rotor is located inside housing. Rotor blades are installed along circumference. On shaft (4) of rotor there are rigidly fixed several identical contact disks. On every disk symmetric in circumferential direction are teeth with knives. Knives are made with straight blades configuration. Knives are arranged in rows. Blades of two adjacent rows are displaced relative to each other in staggered order by half angle between teeth. Feed mechanism comprises common drive, feed roll (10) and roll clamp (11) with pins on their periphery. Feed rolls and holder are mounted inside housing at same level with lower edge of guide box parallel to rotor axis. Arrangement of feed roll axis is fixed. Pressure roller is installed on one end of L-shaped bracket (13). At other end of bracket there is a counterbalance (14). Bracket may rotate around axis at its bending.

EFFECT: invention provides milling elastic polymer briquette to produce crumbs with narrow fractional composition.
