SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of road construction and construction materials, as well as insulating and roofing materials. Rubber crumbs disperser comprising a bed on which a friction pair is mounted, comprising a high-speed and low-speed rollers, equipped with individual drives, configured to control the linear speed of arbitrary points on the outer working surface of the roller, and friction pair roll gap adjustment unit, additionally comprises n low-speed rollers equipped with individual drives configured to control linear speed of arbitrary points on external working surface of roll, forming with high-speed roller n additional friction pairs provided by adjustment units of friction pair friction pairs, meter of linear speed of conditional points on external working surface of high-speed roll, (n+1) meters of linear speed of conditional points on external working surfaces of low-speed rolls, (n+1) meters of gap between rolls in each friction pair and control controller, wherein ratio of outer diameter of high-speed roll D_r and outer diameter of i-th low-speed roll D_li is selected from condition D_r>2D_li, and each friction pair is equipped with guide plate to ensure supply of rubber crumbs into gap between rolls.

EFFECT: raised efficiency of process of grinding of rubber crumbs, its acceleration, as well as increased degree of dispersion of produced rubber powder.
