FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for planting soaked and sprouted seeds of cultivated, vegetable and cucurbits crops. The planting unit comprises the seeding conveyor mounted in the side wall of the seed box at an angle to the horizon greater than the natural angle of slope of the soaked seeds, on the lower and the drive unit. The conveyor consists of a bearing conveyor belt on which the replaceable elements with the cells in the form of recesses are mounted in accordance with the shape and size of the sown crop seeds. And the depth of the cell "δ_c" corresponds to the minimal size of seed in thickness; the length of the cell "ℓ_c" is greater than the maximum length of the seed; the width "b_c" of the cell is greater than the maximum width of the seed. On the sides of the cells the arc-shaped active rails are provided, which maximum height "h" is equal to half the maximum thickness of the seed. The replaceable elements of the seeding conveyor are made of wear resistant elastic-flexible material with a low coefficient of friction on the soaked seeds and in the transverse they have the shape of a half ellipse, conjugated to each other on the radius of circle and fixed to the bearing conveyor belt from below with the supports. The side walls of the seed box are tilted to the seeding conveyor which angle is greater than the angle of friction of the soaked seeds on the walls of the seed box. The rear wall of the seed box is conjugated to the seeding conveyor at a tangent to the lower unit of the conveyor. The upper branch of the seeding conveyor rests on the tray attached to the sides of the seed box.

EFFECT: invention enables to increase accuracy of sowing seeds without their damage with the formation of compact seedbed.
